One full day before the performance is needed for set up.
Light and sound desks have to be placed in the auditorium.

The company travels with 11 iron stands and all iron connections necessary for setting up independent structure for lights and sound.
All the projectors (provided by the theatre) used in the performance as well asl all the loudspeakers (provided by the theatre) are fixed on those stands. Lights and sound move during the performance therefore the lights are connected with dimmers by multicables. The sound cables are led along the light cables.

1 x CD + 1 x MD players (or 2 x CD) with Single play mode
1 x handheld wireless mic

Boxes

The Silence
2 linked boxes with clamps, will be hanged on horizontal pipe (4 cm diameter).
Dimensions 300 x 200 x 200 mm (H x W x D, can be different max +/- 15 %)

The Gate
same as The Silence

The Wardrobe
2 boxes located in between the legs of the stands
(height is 1200mm, base diagonal 1150mm, max.weight of one box 40 kg)

Back + Front
power must be adequated to the size of auditorium.Subwoofers are required.

Notes:
There are 20m cables needed for The Silence,The Gate and The Wardrobe boxes, since these stands are moving during the performance.

For microphone we need clip - will be hanged on the rope from one stand.

All visible sound equipment on the stage must be black coloured.

FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS

Touring company consists of nine members:
6 dancers
2 technicians
1 tour manager

Accommodation: 9 people in twin and single rooms

Transportation/cargo: 500 kg (max length 140 cm)

Travel costs: 6 flights from Italy, 1 flight from Czech Rep., 1 flight from Bulgaria, 1 flight from France

Per-diem: 30,- EUR a day for 9 members of the company
