In the basis of the workshop stands the idea of the body which moves using the opposition principle - general crick in the four opposite directions. It gains much more energy from the floor. In the work with a partner - on one side - we'll learn how the two bodies can become one, without borders - no one leeds or follows. On the other side we'll see how the counteracting bodies can wake up hidden energy, that we can use in any case. The workshop includes some meditation techniques which help us to understand that the outward limitations disappear when we find the endless inner space.
The workshop is in English.
